OSF and Ncam Become Partners
Starting with systems testing and training, OSF and Ncam have been working together behind the scenes for some time now. But this week the two companies signed an official reseller agreement that paths the way for OSF to officially sell and support the Emmy Award winning marker-less camera tracking technology.
Nick Hatch, CEO at Ncam said about the OSF reseller deal “We are delighted to announce OSF as an official partner who will bring unprecedented experience and knowledge within the hugely exciting world of virtual production. We very much look forward to continuing our partnership with Asa and his talented team to help educate in this exciting space and deliver the best possible solutions to market.”
Ncam has a strong worldwide reputation as the leading camera tracking solutions in the VP market, especially where using markers would be difficult on location or outdoors, such as on sports fields, outdoor filming locations and at large live events, esports and concert venues. OSF are a reseller and integrator of virtual production technologies providing studios, producers and productions with virtual production system sales, rental, service, training and support.
OSF Founder and Director of Virtual Production Asa Bailey said “This is great news for OSF customers as we can now officially support and train our customers in what we believe to be the best technology in marker-less camera tracking.”
In virtual production Ncam has the finest pedigree having been used on Hollywood films such as Disney’s “The Nutcracker and the Four Realms”, Lucas Film’s “SOLO: A Star Wars Story” and Sony Pictures “Outlander” series along with the world’s biggest Esports event The Fortnight World Cup.
From being the camera tracking technology of choice for the Super Bowl to being behind the scenes on some of your favourite streaming series, Ncam has proven its position as the industry’s leading marker-less camera tracking solution. If you are interested in booking a demo of Ncam, OSF are welcoming new Ncam customers to the OSF Snowdonia training centre.
